Jujutsu has often been described as an art of self-defence, an art of last resort to be used when reason has failed to resolve a conflict. As such, it is an excellent choice for children’s self-defence, teaching children not to hit, but how to avoid being hit themselves. Children are led through a variety of drills, exercises and scenarios designed to help them develop their awareness and ability to successfully escape an attack or confrontation.

Ki Aikido
The Way to Union with Ki
Ki Aikido is a highly refined Japanese martial art, which promotes the art of living naturally and unselfishly in accordance with the natural rhythm of the universe.
Ki Aikido is based on the unification of mind and body principles whose roots are traced back to the ancient practice of Himalayan yoga and Japanese traditional arts.
Rather than teaching self defence, Ki Aikido
promotes living calmness and living relaxation through the art of mind and body unification/coordination.
Ki Aikido is unique to the martial arts in teaching and showing that conflict and discord can be resolved without aggression, manipulation or disregard for the dignity of others.
The core principles that underpin every class of Ki Aikido act as guidelines in our daily life.
